If you call me for a price on a second story, I can't give you an honest number, because I don't know yet what you want to build, so I do a preliminary design first. Once you like it, I give you the estimate. Hillside construction is my specialty, and I also design and build additions and ADUs.

I start with a preliminary design. If you like it, I give you an estimate. If you agree, I design and prepare all the plans, file them and pull the building permit for your project. If you don't agree, we walk away. No contract, no down payment, no obligation. Quality comes from building exactly what was drawn and permitted.
